In this edition of the ‘weird’ and ‘wonderful’ world of fetishes, we explore the attraction to larger women, people known as ‘fat admirers’. I sat down and chatted with Marie, known to her followers as GreedyGirlMarie, to explore everything it takes to be a plus-size fetish content creator. We discuss tasks such as eating doughnuts for money, dealing with hate and the industry’s hidden secrets.
“If it’s not your fetish, it’s not your business. There are a billion other fetishes in this industry that you can go to. If this isn’t for you, that’s okay, but what I do for a living is nothing to do with you and I’m not here to change anybody’s mind.
“If you don’t like what I’m doing, then don’t watch it.”
The Oxford English Dictionary describes a ‘fetish’ as ‘a form of sexual desire in which gratification is strongly linked to a particular object or activity or a part of the body other than the sexual organs’.
When you think of a fetish, your mind instantly goes to one topic, but there’s a whole world of different categories out there. There are “Formicophiliacs”, those that are into bugs, and I don’t think it would take a genius to work out their favourite 1998, animated Pixar film. There are “Hematolagniacs” who get a sexual kick out of drinking blood and are definitely Team Cullen in Twilight. But one of the most common fetishes in society is being a Fat Admirer.
Marie, 24, is a fetish model in the fat admirer industry and has been working in it for over a year.
“In July 2021, if you would’ve met me then, I would’ve been a completely different person. I was very insecure and never posted myself on social media, especially not my body.
“I met a fetish model in Vegas through my boyfriend, and she is very big in the community. I remember her taking a picture with me and posting it on her Snapchat story, saying ‘buy me and this girl food.’ Ultimately, she was just trying to get people to send her money, which they did, and they sent her it immediately.”

Fans pay Marie to do different things. Her OnlyFans is strictly adult content only, but she uploads general fetish videos on a site called Curvage, which is a website for people who prefer curvy women. She’ll charge $10 a minute for a video call or people can request different types of videos from her.
“There’s feederism, which is where you eat to gain weight. There’s something called “vore”, which works for me because not only am I a bigger woman, but I’m a tall woman. People like the idea of thinking they’re very small and we’re very big and they often want me to put my foot on the ground and walk around like I’m a giant. It’s a bit like “giantess”, which is another fetish that goes hand in hand with vore. Vore is people being small and me being big, giantess is being a giant.
“Feederism is the easiest by far. A lot of people want women to get so big that they’re immobile or that they can’t move. I’m very open about not being into that. That’s never something I would be willing to do.
“You can eat and do stuffing videos, belly play, and fat chat, they’re all just feeding into the fantasies. You can put on clothes that don’t fit you anymore and look at how tight they are now.
“There’s a video that I have coming out soon that’s related to Door Dash (American food delivery service). I deliver this person’s food, and they realise that I have eaten some of it. They bring me inside and force-feed me, because that’s something else that people are into, force-feeding.

“The only time I would involve the customer, would be squashing videos. Squashing is ultimately when you sit on people. You sit on men, and they got off on that. Your body weight being on top of them. It sounds so strange when you talk about it, but it’s become so normal for me.
“My best videos are of me sitting on my kitchen island and eating. Me and my friend sat on it, and we ate a whole cake. That 20-minute video made $700. I think guys like seeing the contrast of me sitting on a counter. People said, ‘this should be a commercial for that counter because it can hold you!’
“One thing that men are into, but that I don’t really like, is humiliation. They like degrading you, calling you fat and a pig, disgusting and nasty.
“There was a guy that I was talking to for a while. He would literally send me as much money as I wanted but he would request I send him voice messages of me saying things about myself. As much as I didn’t like it, the money was worth it at the time. It was the fantasy of being intimate and I oinked instead of moaning as if I was a pig. It’s really weird.
“There are still things people request from me that I would never do. People text me and say, ‘hey can you do this video for me, and I’ll pay you this much.’
“This guy asked if I could make a video of me putting a cigarette out in my belly button and I was not going to do that. I’ve had people want me to take videos of myself sexually pleasuring myself while eating. They are very much things I would never do.”
I want you to take a moment and imagine the type of person you would assume to like these fetishes… I imagine a lot of you will be thinking of the same sort of person.
However, according to Marie, that’s not always the case.
“You have the idea in your mind that typically the people are all a bunch of weird, older men that sit at home and jerk off to these women. There are very attractive men that like this fetish. A lot of the time, its men who have been forced to grow up in a very fitness-like home.
“Their parents are nutritionists or forced them to stay slim and are obsessed over them not being fat. Typically, I’d say half of the customers relate to this. It’s something I’ve seen a pattern of since I’ve been in the industry.”
With any subsection of posting adult content online, there comes a reaction from those who don’t agree with it. Today, if you are putting any element of your life online, unfortunately, it can come with criticism from anyone.
People often question how posting adult content is received by family members, and how it affects their relationships.
“Everybody always asks ‘are you ever worried your family is going to see this stuff?’, and I say no. My family would have to be in a deep dark hole to find this stuff. My family know that I do OnlyFans, but they have no idea of the fetish content. If they had the idea that I was gaining weight intentionally, they probably would be a little concerned.
“The last time I went to my parents’ house, I was talking to my mum, and she said to me, ‘I can actually tell you’re gaining weight’, and I was like ‘ohhh can you?’
“So that’s another thing is trying to keep my child completely out of it. The most hate I get is on TikTok because it’s a very rough crowd. Yesterday, for example, I got banned from going live because somebody came in and said: ‘your kids going to grow up without a mum because you’re going to die from being overweight’, and I went off.
“Everything you do gets judged online. The type of parent I am, the type of person I am, me being overweight. Every little aspect gets picked apart.
“If I see something I don’t like on the internet, no part of me wants to take the time out of my day to comment on it. I understand if you don’t think it’s okay to be my size, but then, don’t be my size. If you don’t like who I am or what I put out in the world, then you don’t have to watch it. What I do isn’t affecting your life.
“Sometimes I couldn’t give less of a f*ck. Certain things upset me more than others. There are a lot of things I’ve heard my whole life.
“People don’t understand. They’re calling me a cow and fat. Do you think that I haven’t heard that a billion times in my life? It’s sad that people think the word fat hurts my feelings. I’m fat, that’s true? You’re not telling me something I don’t already know.
“There is no beauty standard. If you’re too skinny, society is going to think you should be bigger. If you’re too big society will think you should be smaller. If your butt’s not big enough, society is going to think you should work out to have a bigger butt or pay for a Brazilian Bum Lift. No matter what you do there’s no winning, so love yourself.”
Obviously, when you’re gaining weight for a living, it’s bound to pose questions surrounding health, which as stated above is a common occurrence with the hate Marie receives.
“If it’s between me and my doctor and I was in a life-or-death situation, I’m going to do what I need to do to stay alive.
“If my doctor told me tomorrow that I’m going to die and I need weight loss surgery, I’m going to do the weight loss surgery.
“Ultimately this industry is cool and makes me really good money, but I need to be there for my kid.”
When I asked Marie if being a fetish model was worth it, she responded:
“Yeah, because I’m already fat, I’ve always been fat, and now I’m making money from it.”
